I'd be surprised if that type of lesion is a chancre or any STD. It may be a tiny capillary hemangioma which requires no treatment. Your gynecologist is best to examine this and advise you.

Small red spot there is most likely a capillary hemangioma. Which is a tiny collection of blood vessels that is harmless. if you have any kind of ulcer sores or blisters there, then it should be checked for an STD with in person exam with primary care physician
