: You should see a GI doctor and have this evaluated. You cannot assume it is from stress until you rule out other causes. The best person to sort this out would be a GI doctor. You may need some testing, like a CT scan, to assess the etiology of your symptoms. So, see a GI doctor. Good luck to you!
