Neither epididymoorchitis nor the drugs you are taking cause weak erection. It might be a psychological reaction to having genital pain. Were you tested for STDs? Gonorrhea and chlamydia are the most common causes of epididymitis at your age; and ciprofloxacin is ineffective against chlamydia and often doesn't work for gonorrhea either. Discuss all this with your doctor.
