Urethritis: Anything that detracts from your ability to enjoy the moment can lead to erectile dysfunction. That's why leading cause is stress, not low testosterone. Pain is major detractor. Cipro (ciprofloxacin) isn't only antibiotic used to treat urethritis. Return to your physician who diagnosed & treated you. Ask for testing to determine exact bacteria causing infection so you know which antibiotic is appropriate.
