Concern justified: I would be concerned like you are if you have to go to the bathroom 20 times a night and straining. A month of cipro (ciprofloxacin) won't cut it. Any male over the age of five with a urinary tract infection should have a work-up to determine the cause of the infection. Please call your prescribing doctor about your current symptoms or else, consider a getting a second opinion (have it re-evaluated).
