Hi i want to ask a question . today after night fall . i notice a watery discharge from my penis on meautus. i am unmarried and i dont have any wrong relation with any one. i occasionally suffer from this thing. but after sometime it disappears?

That watery discharge could be from urethral glands, not much different from benign vaginal discharge in women. You can neglect that discharge as long as it is clear, odorless and there is no other urethral or urinary symptom even it occurs after the nightfall. Take care.

This is not unusual after ejaculation for secretions to come out. Keep area clean. You should be OK
