Having spleen pain and am pretty sure its enlarged. i had ebv back in 2021 is it possible it reactivated? how does ebv work? is this something i will be dealing with for the rest of my life?

Pain in the abdomen is not always straightforward, therefore, your pain may not be originating from your spleen. Then stomach & intestine are in the same vicinity. You would benefit from an exam in person to check this out. EBV remains latent in the body after initial infection and can “reactivate” with immune system compromise. You really need a workup before jumping to conclusions though.
