Sick and pregnant: Because you are pregnant, you are at an increased risk of having serious health issues for you and the baby when you become ill. Having diarrhea and vomiting can cause you to become dehydrated very quickly. Coupled with a headache and nausea, this could mean something serious is going on, like pre-eclampsia. It is best to call your doctor and have yourself checked out. Good luck!
