So, how many pills are missing? You would have to assume she ate them. Perhaps call poison control for advice. You will need to know exactly what is in the pills and how much you think she took. If there is acetaminophen in them, you may need to go to the ER, depending on how much she may have taken. Better to be safe-if unsure, go to ER. Good luck!
