There should never be RBCs in the urine. If it persists, keep working with your doctor or ask for referral to a nephrologist (kidney specialist) and/or urologist. Good luck.

Less than 3 red blood cells in the urine by microscopic urine is normal. Three or more RBCs are abnormal and the condition is called hematuria, either microscopic (only noted by microscopic exam) or macroscopic (pink or red urine). In general, hematuria is not rare but it is abnormal, unfortunately. If hematuria is present, etiology needs to be sought for an appropriate treatment. Take care.
