I have frequent urination and pain in the penis but i don't have blood in my urine and i don't feel pain when i pee and i have a back pain that comes and go what is the cause?

This could be a urinary tract infection which would require a urine culture to diagnose and antibiotics to treat. You should be evaluated by a doctor to find out the cause of your symptoms and a urine culture would be a first step in the evaluation. So, see your doctor as soon as possible. Good luck!

Cant be diagnosed without exam. Pl see a Urologist. In the meantime avoid alcohol, excess of soda and caffeine
