Is persistent high monocytes always cmml? 87 yo woman, monocytes 2020, 0.90, 2021, 0.97 and 2022, 1.26. before that for years, always around 0.75-0.80, so always near upper limit of normal of 0.20-0.90, my lab ref. range?

The only way to diagnose this for sure would be to see a blood specialist or hematologist. Other tests would likely need to be done to make a definitive diagnosis. Symptoms need to be taken into consideration along with the lab results. Best of luck to you!
