Have normal ferritin, iron, etc. only thing which is a little low at 15 when 16 is normal is saturation what causes that ? i already did colorguard which was completely normal, but i do have ibs?

It means that not all the sites that iron could be bound to have iron. This could be the beginning of iron deficiency. Since it is only off by a small amount, you could eat food that is more iron rich to solve the issue. Depending on the values of your serum iron and ferritin levels, a supplement may be helpful. You can ask your doctor about this. Good luck!

I'm a fan of checking the iron binding capacity level. If it's elevated it's proof positive that you have iron deficiency& iron supplement is recommended even if there's no anemia as yet. Checking stool for occult blood & having your screening colonoscopy are important in iron deficiency at your age as I assume you're not menstruating. Past years of menstrual blood loss can cause iron deficiency
