Should i request a followup with my doctor if two lymph nodes near the bottom of my neck (nontender, mobile, firm) still seem to be enlarging six weeks after a positive monospot test? they're not huge but they're steadily growing?

It is common to have reactive lymph nodes. If there is pain, redness or drainage, you may need a course of antibiotics. Watch for these signs,rest and stay well hydrated. If the nodes are still present in six weeks, please also follow up.
