A member asked:

Is it safe to go cold water diving with wolff-parkinson-white syndrome and incomplete right bundle branch block?

No, it is not safe. Cold water diving will expose you to immersion, cold, hyperbaric gases, elevated breathing pressure, stress & post dive risk of gas bubbles. WPW and incomplete right bundle block may trigger arrhythmias in these situations. Do you get symptoms when not diving.? You should be under care of a cardiologist who is experienced in managing sport activities in cardiac patients.

In general, it be safe to go swimming diving if the wolf Parkinson white was controlled and monitored by cardiologist. Incomplete right bundle branch block should not cause any issues. Consult your cardiologist for guidance.
