Can my son take benadryl (diphenhydramine) right now while taking singulair? he takes zyrtec also but we're out & hes suffering big time!! he's 13, 120 pounds.

Sure can: if you are out of Zyrtec, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) if fine. He can take it with Singulair without problem. Remember, it will make him sleepy (home work first!)
