Sure can: if you are out of Zyrtec, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) if fine. He can take it with Singulair without problem. Remember, it will make him sleepy (home work first!)

Yes: It is safe for him to take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) with Singulair. Based on his weight he can take 50mg every 6-8 hours. It potentially can make him drowsy. All the best and I hope he feels better.
