1 month, boy, 3.2kg. breastfeeding well, used to poop after every second feeding. now hasn't pooped in 4 days and strains when passing gas and has alot of gas. tiny poop came out after warm bath . his crying grows as he tries to poop. any treatment?

Infant's bowel movement(BM) pattern may change, from 2-3 BMs daily to 2-3 BMs a week. Passing gases and straining has often been misconstrued as a result of decreased BMs or constipation. Your infant might have developed an infantile colic which usually resolve spontaneously with time.
