I had my big toenail permanently removed and its fully healed but it healed to look like a toenail it looks so much like a toenail i have to tell doctors it not i know its not a toenail as it healed like this and it doesnt grow but is that normal?

If the nail has not grown back then the nail bed , which is what remains, can have hard skin looking like a nail. You can try creams. See a podiatrist if continue concerns
