I noticed that i have these red spots on my penis. they do not burn, they do not itch, i have no other symptoms such as a fever, itchy throat, nothing at all besides what seems to be these little dry patches on the shaft on my penis. what can this be?

If you are at risk for STDs, you should see your doctor. If not, make sure to keep your external genital area clean with mild soap and shower daily. If those lesions do not resolve within days or they extend, you should also see your doctor. In case you have to see a doctor, see a dermatologist (doctor of the skin) is preferred if you can see them without referral. Good luck!
