If you're having a simple nuclear stress test the only medication you'll receive is the radioactive isotope that is injected intravenously. The little bit of chocolate you ate wouldn't interfere with this. Also it shouldn't affect your heart rate or blood pressure significantly. Just the same, call the cardiovascular lab& inform them of the chocolate ingestion the day before. Ifeel they'll agree.
