Buscopan is an antispasmodic agent so it works better for pain due to intestinal spasm. If your stomach is irritated by this antibiotic, taking an antacid may be more effective. If you mean the term stomach ache as the abdominal pain (stomach is a specific visceral organ in the abdomen), buscopan may be effective if amoxicillin causes abdominal pain due to spasm. Change abx is the best solution.
