Im currently having a diverticulitis flare and after 4 days of liquid diet and 6 days of antibiotics my low grade fever went away then 12 hours after restarting my diet my low grade fever came back. is this normal? temp is 99.3 in afternoons?

fever is never normal. But be certain temp is accurate. Consider the possibility that the antibiotic knocked out the original bug and another has taken hold that was resistant to antibiotic. Call team if fever persists.
