How would someone aquire a bone infection in the collarbone? would you have to break the collarbone to get a bone infection? could it happen for no reason? is it common in a 36 year old male? what are the symptoms?

Must be very rare never heard of it in 60+ years. If the infection is blood borne would not have to break it. Consider tuberculosis or rare fungus or STD or cancer metastasis to the area. Discuss with his Dr.
