Get examined: It seems this is a distribution of a nerve and likely from the long thoracic nerve due to the extent of involvement up and down and not along a dermatome alone. This is probably from your cervical spine. Other things can cause this like zoster but no rashes has been mentioned. Go see your doctor and have an exam and have it explained to you.
