Yes if you press hard. Every one is different. If yo have a small finger tip you will not have to press as hard to hurt. Pressure is measured in dynes/cm squared. Or used to be. That is pressure units per area pressed. You can Google it. But I am not certain how to translate that to your question but it is a start.
