Had headache and pressed hard on my radix to reduce head pressure, could this make my radix smaller, push the bone in?

No: "Radix" refers to an external nasal landmark. It's not a separate internal structure. The bone underlying the radix is the frontal bone, which is a large skull bone. Ordinary finger pressure could not possibly do anything to it except maybe briefly deform it by a millimeter or two.
