You statement is not clear "it’s did what it was supposed to do". Do you mean "it did what it was supposed to do"? If it is correct then you had contraction and bleeding which meant the medical abortion is considered successful after taking 4 tablets then you do not need another course. However, you should recheck your urine in 4 weeks to make sure test is no longer positive.
