A member asked:

How hot bath water should be to cause irreversible nerve ending damage of clitoris in newborn or adult (if it is different)? can 45 c or 47 c water damage clitoris nerve ending, will the newborn or adult have orgasm problems in future?

43C is cited as the safe bathing temperature at any age. 47C would produce tissue injury (scald) after several minutes of direct exposure. I know of no studies looking at the resiliency of clitoral function after thermal burns. Best to just avoid them.
