Using a progestin ("primolut") to cause withdrawal bleeding, and starting a low dose of clomiphene citrate on day two, will not guarantee ovulation, as the dose of clomiphene may need to increase to accomplish this. Ask your GYN physician about ultrasound to demonstrate the growth of a primary follicle, and use an ovulation test to determine the best time for pregnancy attempt.
