What causes yellow noisy watery poop in breastfed babies? I know its normal but I'm just curious why it's not solid & brown.
My 4 months old. Since the past 2 weeks she's her poo has been very watery. I rang the doctor and he said it's not diarrhoea. For 2 days she had green poo. Now it's back to yellow but very watery and with some mucus in it. She's only breastfeed?

Having a good bit of mucus in stool and gasy with pretty severe cramps about every 30-60 mins and then having to use bathroom to only have basically soft stool to the point where its watery with alot of mucus with it and today having a strange odor also!!
