That is severe hypertension & a somewhat rapid resting heart rate. More details are needed such as how long have you had high BP,any symptoms, history of kidney disease,thyroid disorder, on meds,family history, cardiac issues,etc. Get evaluated& treated by a cardiologist or internist ASAP. Appropriate testing will be done. More than 2 or 3 meds may be needed. Treatment goal is BP 130/80 or lower.

Fully agree with my colleagues, as your blood pressure needs to come down. You are at high risk and this cannot be delayed. Go to a nearby emergency department and initiate control.
