You need to contact a life coach/therapist who can teach you stress management and relaxation techniques. Your regular doc likely knows some. In the process you will likely uncover the triggers to your reactions. Life doesn't give us a guidebook and often we need to learn skills from others to manage. Do the work and life can be better.

Dr. Ferguson's advice is worth its weight in gold. Some additional suggestions from me: consider Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Biofeedback Therapy. Do aerobic exercise and meditation. Avoid medications as they provide symptomatic relief but no permanent benefit is achieved.
