His warts ant the distribution are relatively stable. New sites can host warts if they were involved in the early acquisition phase, but they don't randomly move around and they don't cause warts on non-genital skin. If your vaccine contained the strains causing his warts, you may not get them and would not pass them back to a new site on him. These don't transfer like staph germs.
