I feel extremely faint while eating. not before or after but during the actual meal. it doesnt matter what meal it is beginning of week until now ive had different symptoms, chest ache, acid reflex, and now this ekg came out fine. what could it be?

It's not uncommon for elderly people to get lightheaded after a meal due to a drop in blood pressure, but this doesn't apply to you. It would help to know what your heart rate&BP are when you're lightheaded as vagus nerve stimulation may cause nausea, slowing of pulse&lowering of BP when eating. I recommend a checkup by your MD or specialist in internal medicine with complete lab work& treat reflu
