I presented with a dull ache in my upper left chest radiating into my shoulder and my arm. ekg resulted in a rbbb. what do i do now?

Additional details will be helpful. Did the symptoms occur during activity or emotional stress? Was there associated shortness of breath or sweating? If the ECG was recorded while the symptoms were present and was unchanged from previously, less likely that the ache was due to cardiac ischemia.
