I had a 3.8 on my lymphocytes, should i be concerned?

You should give us the whole CBC with differential so we can understand what 3.8 means. 3.8 % lymphocyte of total white cells or 3.8K as the absolute number of lymphocytes then total WBC count is needed. In general, if it is a sudden change and this is just a routine blood test and you have not recently been sick, your doctor will repeat in a month or so for confirmation and checking progression.
