No: You should ignore the percentages altogether. I wish labs didn't even report them. If the absolute counts are anywhere near the reference range, you are fine. An absolute neutrophil count below 1000 is worth investigating, below 500 worth investigating more aggressively. Lymphs, even less. These fluctuate wildly and chaotically with life's rhythms.
