Fatigue from exertion has many components - quality of sleep around the incident, adequate food intake and hydration, and most important, the overall fitness of the individual. Someone used to vigorous exertion would be less tired; someone for whom exercise is not a regular habit, could be excessive fatigued and tired. Good work working hard on the weekend!
