At your age, the normal range of PSA is 0-4.5, so its slightly high. Elevated PSA can be from various reasons including but not limited to benign prostatic hyperplasia, infection and malignancy. Are you experiencing any urological symptoms like hesitancy, increased frequency, inadequate emptying, going more at night, dribbling, etc? You need to be evaluated by an urologist for further workup

Your PSA is high but we need to see the degree of PSA rise with each passing year. It becomes suspicious if it goes up such as it suddenly doubles over a period of one year. The commonest cause of high PSA is Prostate gland inflammation(Prostatitis). Prostate Cancer is another cause. I would advise that you see a urologist who can monitor the condition of your Prostate better with MRI of the Prost
