32 y/o male. have on/off issue of starting urinating as well as difficulty having a "strong" stream. combined with having issues pushing out stool which can be thin or normal. this happens at random & can become severe then revert back to normal?

Constipation can cause problems with emptying bladder . Have that fixed and you should be OK
