Often normal, but...: Urine stream naturally gets weaker as men age, so maybe nothing is abnormal. But it can be due to an enlarging prostate gland, so you should bring it up with your doctor next time you have a routine appointment. If this is new and started suddenly, see a doctor right away. I'm also a bit concerned that you listed pain, itching, and balanitis as Conditions; this could be related to those.
