Cough & Vomiting: Post-tussive vomiting is certainly a possibility. This can be caused by severe coughing. I would be concerned with the most common causes first, such as: asthma, post-nasal drip, gastroesophageal reflux (and you don't have to have heartburn to have this), and pertussis (whooping cough). She may benefit from seeing a pedicatric pulmonologist or an allergist.
