I have non diabetic hypoglycemia, endocrinologist told me that i can't get residual tooth roots extraction, she suspect i have an insulinoma and says i could go in a coma during extraction, is that true? how long can i go with infected tooth roots?

I do not know what the reason behind the endocrinologist's advice. If you have serious tooth infection due to a root fragment, taking that out is the treatment of choice. You should discuss with your family doctor or ask for a second opinion. Good luck!

As your. endocrinologist is not the specialist to accomplish your extractions, I would recommend that you seek consultation with an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Ask the Surgeon not discuss the risk vis reward situation with your Endocrinologist, then present the overall evaluation to you.
