I have a small, flat 1mm mole on my elbow, where i also have eczema. when my eczema flares up and i itch it, the mole looks inflamed. it also sometimes develops "crust" over it but then clears up. there is redness around the mole. should i be worried?

It is difficult to tell whether this is just eczema that is out of control or if there is another problem developing, just based on your description. Your primary doctor or a dermatologist would be able to give you better advice after they see the encrusted area. Good luck.
