I have erectile dysfunction & premature ejaculation. i took dapoxetine+tadalafil twice in 24hrs .and since the last time i took it ...i am not able to get an erection.so my question is this . should i wait 36 hrs without taking dapoxetine+tadalafil?

Unfortunately, dapoxetine may negate the effect of tadalafil in your case, my humble opinion. You should stop both medications for at least 3-5 days (both have long acting effect) and try local anesthetic for premature ejaculation. Good luck!

1 seperate both drugs by 12 hrs. 2 taking tadalafil alone will not give you an erection It has to be accompanied by sexual stimulation. Good luck
