Male in twenties, every morning my right nipple is puffy or swollen, i can push on it and it returns to normal, it seems to be getting more puffy. the only other issue i have is a extremely sensitive stomach. what can cause my nipple to do this?

I do not think there is any connection between your nipple and a sensitive stomach. If your nipple is swollen and keeps getting worse, you should visit with your PCP for a proper physical examination to determine the cause of this problem. I do not think it is anything serious but there is no substitute for a physical exam done by a professional.
