Diarrhea: Clindamycin can sometimes have the side effect of causing diarrhea or predisposing you to an infectious diarrhea. Mild diarrhea that is tolerable is not a worry but for stomach pain or excessive diarrhea, be sure to see a physician to rule out another infection.
