The lumps are likely lymph nodes. If they are not getting bigger, it is likely ok but to be certain that is what you are feeling, you should see your doctor. The fact that they are in both armpits and especially if they are the same size leans toward lymph nodes. If they start getting bigger or if they increase in pain, definitely see your doctor.
