If I understand your question, you're experiencing feeling cold when others may be comfortable. For some people this cold intolerance is a life long tendency but if it's new to you, I'd wonder about weight loss or an underactive thyroid as possible reasons. Anemia has been ruled out by your normal cbc. Some people newly on anticoagulants have complained of cold intolerance.
