Bruises: Hi, it seems your CBC and liver function test are normal but how's your PT/PTT (coagulation tests), why are you taking Leflunomide and Sulfasalazine, inflammatory bowel dx? Leflunomide can cause low platelet which could lead to easy bruising,
R u taking any Aspirin, Ibuprofen?
Also you are on Steroid which can make the skin thin and causes rupture of small vessels under skin with slight trauma.

Ouch: The blood tests that you reported is only a partial panel. Things that can cause easy bruising: Low platelets (cbc normal so not it). Prolong bleeding time, PT, or PTT (not reported). Low VonWillebrand factor (hereditary). Mild trauma(unnoticed and common on lower legs). Medications (are you taking aspirin or NSAIDS?). Chat with your doc, they'll help tease out the answer.
